GEO DRILLING PERÚ
In 2007, the ideas of Luis A. Villar Pérez and Silvia Escobar Villafuerte converged into a shared vision: to establish a diamond drilling company at the forefront of progress in all its aspects. It was then that GEO DRILLING PERU E.I.R.L. was born, with the purpose of serving and providing support for the development of the mining and construction industry in our country.
Our operations commenced in the same founding year at U.M. Julcani of Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A. Since then, we have been carrying out drilling works in all their modalities up to the present day, encompassing the development of complementary tasks.
The effort, initiative, and drive of the founders have been manifested through their management and the philosophy of reinvesting dividends in the acquisition and improvement of assets, equipment, and facilities. This allowed the consolidation of a robust company whose main objective is to achieve customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality, reliability, and efficient services.
Who we are?
We are a company dedicated to carrying out diamond drilling, geotechnical drilling and instrumentation, water well drilling, reverse air drilling (RC), geological and geotechnical logging, geochemical sampling, topography, and borehole deviation measurement. Our human capital is the fundamental structure of our operations, with technicians trained in drilling and/or complementary work, aiming for excellence and efficiency to ensure the satisfaction of all our clients in the mining and construction sectors.

GEO DRILLING PERU E.I.R.L. is dedicated to efficiently managing the risks associated with mining and construction activities, aiming to prevent any accidents that may result in losses. This involves disseminating the safety policy among employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders, establishing procedures for the periodic review of compliance with the safety policy, and implementing corrective measures when violations occur.
Adopting necessary measures to prevent pollution by systematically reducing, recycling, and reusing waste; efficiently utilizing natural resources, raw materials, and energy; ensuring compliance with environmental regulations applicable to our activities at the local, national, and global levels where the company operates. This involves disseminating the environmental policy among employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders, establishing procedures for the periodic review of compliance with the environmental policy, and implementing corrective measures when violations occur.

Training Programs
GEO DRILLING PERU E.I.R.L. offers training programs for both operational and administrative personnel at a general level. The programs are developed based on the specific needs of each operation, aiming for comprehensive training. Training methods include the participation of technicians who conduct courses, providing both practical and theoretical instruction to meet the individual needs of each collaborator.
To achieve high standards, GEO DRILLING PERU E.I.R.L. enriches its programs with specialized training sessions conducted by suppliers at all stages, organizing visits to all our operations.
